Leadership
Peter Nowicki (President) worked as an agency recruiter
for several years, where he specialized in candidate searches for startups. Before that he honed his
sales skills for 5 years, most recently at a software company that developed reporting solutions. Peter
has a passion for the written language and for developing efficient processes in the workplace. He has a
B.A. in English from St. Lawrence University.
Contractors & Advisory Board
Because we feel that a precursor to success is surrounding yourself with smart and driven people, we have
assembled a network of talented contractors that specialize in HR Consulting and Copywriting. We also
retain a permanent board of advisors made up of top industry professionals. The current SSG Advisory
Board includes members with direct experience in agency recruiting, applicant tracking systems, HR
consulting and analytical psychology. In the near future we will be bringing on additional advisors,
specifically with clean-tech industry experience.
